Whats the latest on these roles. I see Leo is gone. Surely a change is needed at Minor level. I assume Kelly stays on?

Minor has been a sh*tshow for the last 2 years so a change is inevitable. Knowing us our current minor manager will fail upwards and be offered the U20 job.

In what way was minor a shitshow? I know results were poor but you can only work with what you have.

stop laois hammer us by 33 points in 25 westmeath won well also this year and both lost badly after in next round.
add in antrim hammer them in the minor B or C competion this year also.

The results in both years were very poor. I hope that explains it for you.

I know the results in year 1 were very bad , I also know it was expected. No one wanted that particular group. Mgt took one for the team. 2nd year needed to be better and was, but not by much.
In regards to it being a " shitshow" I'm asking about off the field. Was it disorganised? Was training good/bad etc. You can do everything right and still suffer bad defeats. Was everything done "right".
