2 U13 A titles for DSK in 3 years. And 2 U13 B titles for Kinnitty/Lusmagh in 3 years.

Late to this, but Minor quarter-finals today in both A and B grades. The last time the 17 year olds on the losing teams will hurl Minor. All matches at 11am.

A Grade.
Kilcormac-Killoughey have a bye (and haven’t played a championship game since July; they’ll still win it out though)

SBK and Tullamore wins are probably nailed on.

DSK & Rynaghs is a tough one to call but Ill give the nod to Banagher.

Are Birr in the B grade due to giving kk a walkover?

I think some teams who didn’t make the A knockout stages then dropped into B knockouts. It had nothing to do with walkover just the fact that Birr didnt qualify from group for A Q-Finals.

They still should have hurled K/K though. St Rynaghs and Kinnitty/Lusmagh both did while Birr and Shamrocks gave them walkovers.

Clara far better hurlers today. Birr with a lot of wides in first half. And clara were without Donal Shirley. .

No supirse there if you follow underage hurling over the last 10 years that current crop of players have had similar results the whole way through.

Birr would be much stronger u15 and are in the semi final Wednesday.

Jesus that’s some hammering for Birr.

The results across the board at underage level are very concerning with only 2/3 teams really competing across each age group.
