Munster Leinster and All Ireland Hurling series

Post by Toxicity234 »

I though this year I open a topic Just about the Senior Hurling Championship.
We have the Joe Mcdonagh well cover ATM.

The Leinster Results on Saturday.
Kilkenny 0-29 Westmeath 0-07,
Galway 0-24 Wexford 2-12,
Antrim 1-19 Dublin 1-19

Antrim disappointed that they didn't kill off Dublin when they had the chance.
Not many Goals in Leinster championship Weekend.
Wexford got two goals in the 1st five mins and then got 12 points in the next 65 mins.
For Galway could this be the year that Evan Niland to become the superstar.
Anyone at any of the games?

Munster
Limerick 1-18 Waterford 0-19.
Tipperary 5-22 Clare 3-23.

I watch the Limerick Vs Waterford game.
I had to say i though it wasn't a great game of hurling.
Limerick are a great team but like all great team they are sometime looking back to see the line.
Waterford missed some easy scores just after half time, that could have made a game of it.
I always though Limerick were going to win.

Tipperary vs Clare is save and i'm going to watch this evening.

So what did people thing.

Was Flanagan and Hegarty both red cards.

I thought Hegarty's hit was one of the most dangerous things I've seen on a hurling field in a long time. Waterford players eyes on ball, Hegarty goes through his head at full speed. Deserves a ban.

I do feel that slow motion replay can give you a false sense of a hit at times.

But Looking back at the match Last night. Both a reds.
Limerick are getting away with it.
The question now is will the Official step up or will it take Limerick players hurting someone before they step in.

I look at the Tipperary Vs Clare game.
Reading the comment and newspapers I thought i been see Tipperary arriving as a force in the Championship.
What i got was a Clare team that gave them 4 goals and lost by 5 points.
