I suppose there is many factors what is the club doing to keep the players attracted to the club and wanting the young lads to stay?
Going on what is leaving it would suggest not much.

Considering both clubs were senior about 15 years ago its a considerable fall.

Where are the posters that said it wasn't a fair that a combined team play in the schools competition.

Last year was a one off. Next year we will be weaker again.

Coolderry have some nice players coming through over the next 3 to 4 years and have plenty of young lads currently on the panel. They will be fine.

Define plenty it's played but there isn't a clear focus on it like what the Birr school did when all players went there.

Talents comes and goes Birr seem to be strong at certain age groups coming up maybe It will just take a few more years.

Never said that at all its just a rather large factor and it is more than fair to say that.

Similar to Tullamore not on the same level at all go back to bed. A very small pool of GAA in Birr with borders all around the town.
Most of their players go to school outside of Birr in that could be the main problem.
