Development squad selection committee

What is this development squad selection committee or review discipline committee, Im hearing it in a shocking bad light for the last few months but Id be certain this is a common committee to have in place or am I missing something?
Is this separate to director of football and director of hurling

What's the issue?
There is s director of football and hurling.
Delan Kelly and either Tony ryan or martin ryan from Drumcullen.

What do these roles mean, I'm asking as I am unaware as to what these people do and I don't mean that in a negative sense

They review squads and source mentors and players for development squads in tandem with coaching staff within the county board.. have a input into the appointment of minor and u20 mgts along with the central Committee of chairman, operation manager , county games manager etc.
You mentioned something about hearing something in a bad light? That's hardly positive?
