Question #2 - Hurled in championship but never the league

We'll keep this to the last 3 decades.
In this era there are two Offaly players who have played championship hurling, but have never hurled in the league.
The one I wouldn't expect anyone to get is Ciarán Slevin who came on for 2 minutes against Leix in 2007, but to date he has not featured in the NHL.
However the other one has appeared 4 times in championship, in 2 different years, but has no NHL appearances.
Name him!
