(Heads Up - this is not really of a Sporting Nature, but then we've broadened our horizons a few times before)


There was me worried for a minute that our National Theatre had got so desperate for events that they were venturing almost into "Pure Mule" territory. But when I saw mention of ... "Daffodils are in bloom as dawn breaks over the foothills of ...", I felt a wave of relief that they must be talking about somewhere else. The "Reviews" show I wasn't the only one drawn in by this distinctive name. I will let you guess for yourselves what kind of "Tales" they might be.

If he were basing his play on the real Ballycumber, I'm sure it would be gratuitously offensive also!
