All these questions eventually get answered! I've recently became aware of the Birr GAA Ckub site which, among its memorabilia gives a photostat of the programme from the 1986 Colleges final. Tony Carroll was indeed a panellist, as wre a young Adrian Cahill and Brian Whelahan. Link herewith
