as the pricing expert, you may shed some light.
I see that birr are as low as 1/3 in places and at a high of 1/2 with paddypower for the tie with clareen tonight. what would you call as the correct price?.
I noticed you article on betswot for Kilkenny and Waterford on goals. I am taking the completely opposite view. Kilkenny have a super goal scoring record at thurles, an average of 2.8 over the last 6 years. we saw at tullamore that lawlor the Waterford full back is an accident waiting to happen and the goalie is not much cop either. 3 games in 3 weeks is a positive for me with Kilkenny and in the 2nd half last week Hogan and power seemed back on form compared to the 2 Dublin games.
I expect at least 3 Kilkenny goals, and that at 2/1 is the bet of the week for me.

Re: query to lone shark
Honest answer, I fancied Clareen and tipped them up in the Indo at 7/4. I wasn't privy to any meaningful team news on either side so that was predicated on both sides being at full strength more or less. I've only seen a half time score since I'm on work duty elsewhere, but it seems I was on the wrong side.
As for the KK goals, I wouldn't lay too much store by KK's record at Thurles. In fairness, Kilkenny have scored goals at every ground for the last few years. This year their forward line is misfiring badly and frankly I don't think a different field of grass is going to solve their problems. The return of Henry might though!
