Bizarre story there on the news of that lad from Ballycumber landing the helicopter in Athlone.

Something I heard about a lad flying from Ballycumber to land on the roof of Golden Island Shopping Centre to get keys cut.

Obviously wanted to avoid the traffic.

The helicopter was crashed a couple of months later.
It was owned by Aidan Bracken of the Building Design company.
